What do our logistics services include?
We offer eCommerce logistics as a complete service. From warehousing to delivery, from returns to reporting — all from a single provider.
Our logistics centre in Helsinki processes orders daily or on agreed weekdays, either directly from your eCommerce platform or connected to eShop's order management pipeline. We use Odoo ERP, whose inventory management can be integrated with your chosen eCommerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, MyCashflow).
eShop provides assistance in building customs documentation and delivery terms for your international logistics.
What do 3PL and fulfillment mean?
3PL (third-party logistics) means that an outside partner stores, picks, packs and ships an online store's products. Fulfillment covers the whole chain from order to customer: receiving goods into the warehouse, storage, picking, packing, shipping and handling returns. For an online store, both mean the same as an outsourced warehouse.
That is what eShop First's logistics service does. Your products are stored in our Helsinki warehouse, stock levels sync with your online store through our Odoo ERP (integrated with Shopify, WooCommerce and MyCashflow), and orders received before the daily cut-off ship the same day. Our capacity is up to 3,000 shipments a day and space for up to 15,000 products. There are no minimum order volumes or minimum billing, and you can use our carrier contracts from your first shipment if you want to. Value-added services, from special packaging to product assembly and inserts, are agreed to your needs.
